Mind
Human mind is the Part of the brain. When we are in state of doing something activity we activate the mind. Mind is the Part of the universal mind. One mind is connected to the universal mind. When we say where is the consciousness of the human body stored. Heart is the seat of the consciouness. when we are in sleep we are in diffrent state of mind. When we are walking we are in other state of the mind. When we are talking to someone we are in another state of the mind. Mind is the activity of the brain.
Where is mind in body ?
The mind is seated in the heart. The human consciouness is seated in the heart. The human heart also contain the prana. the prana which is the vital forse of the human energy. The mind is activity of the brain but the consciousness are seated in the heart. When we are sleep we are not aware that we are sleeping. Sleep is the state of the consciousness. concentration improve the speed of the mind process.
There are difftend types of brain waves. Alfa, Gyama, and delta are the states of the brain. When brain are in perticular state of the brain activity it function diffrently.
